Ingredients

• Bowl
• Clean towel
• Fresh water (2-3 cups)
• Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil

Directions

• Boil water and carefully pour into bowl.
• Add 3 drops of pure eucalyptus essential oil to the water.
• Carefully place towel over your head and over the bowl.
• Inhale steamy vapor from the bowl.
