
Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 romaine lettuce
- 2 sweet peppers for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Carefully remove hearts from tomatoes.
- Place tomatoes on ice until chilled.
- Pare two cucumbers and chop them finely.
- Mix cucumbers with tomato pulp.
- Pour cucumbers and tomato pulp over a half cup of dressing.
- Fill tomatoes with mixture.
- Place on lettuce leaves and garnish with thinly sliced sweet peppers.
- Serve with Ensalada Dressing.
