
Ingredients
- 2 pears
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated monkfruit
- 2 small crisp lettuce heads
Directions
- Peel pears and cut in half.
- Sprinkle with salt and monkfruit twenty minutes before using.
- Place pears in middle of small crisp lettuce head.
- Serve with Ensalada Dressing.
